Biography
Paul Glen helps technical
organizations grow better leaders and technical managers perform at
their best.
He is known worldwide as a Computerworld
columnist and as an award-winning author. His recent book “Leading Geeks: How to
Manage and Lead People Who Deliver Technology” received several book awards
including the 2003 Financial Times Germany International Book Prize.
He is the director of the Developing Technical
Leaders program and has served as an adjunct faculty member in the MBA program
at the University of Southern California.
